We are pleased to present the Adam Cole Teammate of the Year award to two well-deserving recipients this season.
This award is presented to the BCEHL player demonstrating fair, generous, and supportive treatment of others in the league.
Chad Wilkinson - Bobcats

"Chad brings great positive energy and a funny story to the dressing room every night. We’ve never seen him angry or upset, win or lose. He’s always ready to play any position or do whatever is needed to help the team. Every game he jumps on the ice first to make sure he’s the one to set the net up for our goalie. He’s a great teammate!" Congrats Chad!
Byron Rodenhizer - Honey Badgers

"He's the first one to celebrate when his teammates make a good play. Truly committed to the Honey Badgers, from showing up in borrowed gear when he was evacuated during the Tantallon fires to showing up just as pumped to play when he has a lot going on outside of hockey where many would not. In a league where beginners are welcome, Byron puts in the work to really make those players feel like they belong there and is a huge part of the Honey Badger team attitude and atmosphere on and off the ice." Well deserved Byron!
Congrats to Chad and Byron!
It is in memory of Rebels teammate, Detective Constable Adam Cole who passed away Nov 27, 2018. Adam was a great teammate. His energy, good nature and genuine enjoyment for the game contributed to a positive atmosphere on the team on and off the ice.
